Recycled Fashion Finds #65 and Update

Friday, April 12, 2013

Readers, there is so much going on 'behind the scenes' of Recycled Fashion right now, I hardly know where to start.

You may, or may not have noticed, that I've been a bit quiet on the sewing front, fear not, there are some projects up my sleeve that will begin in a month, I'm looking forward to sharing some of these ideas with you.

You will notice a fair few new writers coming on board with Recycled Fashion. I'm welcoming regular contributing writers, and I'm pretty excited with some of the content that will soon be coming your way.

There are some new upcycled and ethical fashion giveaways in the pipeline, plus I have an op shop tour coming up on Saturday 18th May.
Due to the fact that my own sewing and personal thrift hunts have been limited, that doesn't mean the rest of your pursuits have been.  Fortnightly Recycled Fashion Finds Friday link up encourages readers to share their thrifty fashion projects, finds and outfits around our blogging world.

There were some great projects and thrifty finds linked up last time, one of my favourites being A Vintage Craft Adventures vintage linen skirt (I'd like one of these to wear myself), great work Sharon!:

Don't forget to grab yourself a Recycled Fashion Finds blog badge for your blog post or side bar, or link Recycled Fashion Finds in your blog post.

Link up your thrifted finds or upcycled creations, into the inlinkz link below.  Feel free to share more than one project or thrifty find, it's always great to see what you've been up to.

I love that wee skirt so much:). I can imagine the wee lassie remembering it fondly when she's a grown up!.

Thankyou so much for featuring my skirt Erica. I've only just seen it after school holidays took over my life for 2 weeks.

Sharon did an awesome job making the lovely skirt. I made it late this time, but better late than never. LOL! :)
