|IMF Classic Car Day 2016|
The 6th IMF Classic Car Show fundraiser took place last weekend. The event has become quite significant for Melbourne folk with a love of all things vintage. As well as over 550 vintage and classic cars, trucks and motorbikes on display, this year saw the first Pin Ups on Parade, and pop-up shopping opportunities for all things rockabilly. Hats off to the pin up ladies, maintaining poise and elegance dressed up in their finest, whilst the midday sun bore down her intense rays.

Step inside the bus and you are transported into another time. Find men's clothes on the right, women's on the left. There's even a curtained changing room, too.

My parents (visiting from the UK) also treated me to a special Gilberta Galah brooch by Melbourne based designer Erstwilder.

A good day had by all. Not only that, but the IMF Classic Car Day 2016 raised a whopping $34,000 for the charity. This money is used to fund research for brain cancer in children, and will support 3 research projects, and training of 3 PhD students to become future brain cancer scientists.
