A wrap up from last Friday's new Salvos Windsor concept store auction night. My photographs are somewhat limited, but I managed snap the lovely decoupaged floral mannequin body form, which I'd have loved to take home, although she was not for sale..
The layout of Windsor Salvos concept store is really inviting, with artistic rustic decor, fancy changing rooms, and colour schemed collections. The stores' feel is much more of a vintage clothing boutique; a far cry from your average op-shopping experience, which I'd imagine will appeal to a wider audience.
Prices, I expected to be vintage store equivalent, surprisingly however, most price tags were reasonable. I did spot a real fur jacket for $280, and a full length beaded teal vintage coat for $125, but some vintage dresses were marked at an affordable $12 - $14 price bracket.
More images from the auction night can be seen on my fellow op-shop blogging buddies sites: I Love To Op Shop, and A Little Boutique Near Home. Laura managed to pick up a Fendi bag in the auction which she'd had her eye on. And as always, a pleasure to meet with the ever-so stylish Leeyong.
The leather pyramid bag did not come home with me Friday night...
