Pop next door to The Vintage Shed, and you'll find a huge warehouse filled with all stores of vintage furniture, goods, and memorabilia from the early 1900s through to the 1980s, all from individual dealers selling under one roof.
Junior RF and I took a visit today, and we couldn't quite believe our eyes.

Original 1980's purple Doc Martens, Miu Miu clogs and Gucci shoes..

Hundreds of sewing patterns, fabric, buttons, buckle shoes and hats..

Waistcoats, more hats, clothes and scarves..

It is rare to find such an array of good quality, authentic vintage wares in one spot. The Vintage Emporium and The Vintage Shed are simply must visits if you find yourself in the area.

I agree with Alison - I could spend a *lot* of time and $$$ here!
I am very envious! I wish I lived closer.

Get UP & Go
Check first before going there. I get a feeling that last time I drove past it had been demolished. The shed was falling apart and full of nesting pigeons. Hopefully it will be replaced with the same, as it really is/was great.
Hi Lara, actually the one you are referring to which closed down, is not the same as the The Vintage Shed that I refer to here. More details in the comments section here with regard to the Mornington Antique Centre which closed down > http://www.recycled-fashion.com/2010/05/tyabb-packing-house.html
