1. Doily hemmed jacket

How: Sew doilies to the inside of your (or a thrifted) jacket sleeves and bottom hemline
2. Crochet/doily back top
How: Cut open the back of an existing or thrifted top, replace with doilies, sew back together.
3. Doily shoes

How: Find black doilies (or dye white doilies black) and mod podge onto a pair of existing, or thrifted white shoes
4. Doily masquerade mask

How: Cut out doily to mask shape, coat with lacquer or glue to make firmer, stick diamante's in place, elastic to tie on each side.

Great ideas! I did a Miss Sew & Sew for Peppermint a while back where I attached semi-circles of doily as cap sleeves on a singlet.

lovely photos Erica, some great ideas there. I saw a little girls dress with an embroidered doiley with crochet edges as a pocket. Also a small crochet doily just stitched at random on a denim skirt looks good.
