Hawaii recycles clothes too

I like to travel. Who doesn’t? A few years back, Jetstar introduced a new airline route; Sydney to Honolulu. We booked the first available tickets, at bargain prices, but no frills expected. 13 hours is a long time without airplane food or entertainment, but we got there.

I like to shop when travelling. Who doesn’t? A wander through Waikiki one evening, my husband and I came across a shop; 88 Tees. Not visible from the street because it’s on the second floor, but on entrance, you walk up stairs labelled with American number plates. 88 Tees is a shop for T Shirts and second hand clothing. What a fabulous shop, and well worth a rummage if you happen to be in Waikiki. As I recall, I bought a Fred Perry skirt for a bargain price, my husband bought a Rolling Stone T Shirt. Check it out if you’re there, here is their website.
